Transitions in general bite. We are quite the creatures of habit, I've found. I've lived in Tennessee for almost a year and a half and I'm still having little "culture" shocks, so to speak. I pray that things will get easier.
I pray that they do, too, Nicki, for both of us! I don't think I even knew that you're not in OKC anymore. I'm sorry I haven't kept up with you better!
I can imagine TN as having a different culture from OK. It's easy to forget that even though it's all one nation, the USA is home to many distinct cultures that do require acclimation when one goes back and forth between them!
