just a thought

This morning, I'm briefly pondering how so many Christians are willing to discard the abolsute truths in God's Word in favor of "acceptance" and "tolerance" and "being non-judgmental". It seems that more and more Christians are choosing the ecumenical over the scriptural. I find that scary and way too post-modern.

I don't want to expand these thoughts right now, but..... Somewhere, years ago, I read the following, and it stuck:

Be open-minded. But not so open-minded that your brains fall out.

Hmm.
